As the first Nurse to earn the ChMC designation, he has made a significant impact in both healthcare and leadership.

Doctor. M.O.J.’s journey began as a Clinical Teacher in Psychiatry in Essex, England, in 1984, and he has since held numerous leadership roles across education, healthcare, and business. His lived experience as an educator and lifelong learning advocate (LLA) shapes his passion for empowering older individuals to continue learning, growing, and succeeding in all aspects of life.

An accomplished author and educator, Doctor. M.O.J. co-authored the best-selling book Effective Healthcare Leadership, a resource that has transformed leadership practices in healthcare and is recognized globally. Later and lasting influence came in the Summer of 1992 from Doctor Josephine ALLEYNE – one of the few members of the Board of Governors, at the London Middlesex University who was elected to serve an unprecedented 3 (three) terms of office as Governor.
